Upper back pain, stiff neck, shoulder and neck stiffness caused by excessive compression of the shoulder during sleep or exercise:

Bluish: it can be caused by lack of sleep, so let the eyes rest more, or press:

Browning: Browning: It may be due to excessive rubbing of the eyes or pigmentation caused by ultraviolet radiationitching. It’s better to check whether there is an itching or allergy problem.

Blackish: may be caused by aging and sagging skin. It is advisable to exercise the orbicularis oculi muscle frequently.

Note: With a long-term nasal disease, the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity will be congested and swollen, oppressing the return veins, and the eyelids will not return smoothly, causing stasis, swelling or even rupture, and then form the dark circles.
