Indication
Cough , asthma, shortness of breathe
Nose bleed, swelling and pain in the throat, haemorrhoids.
Spasm and pain in the upper arm.
Combinations
Cough，asthma：LU 06 & BL 13 & LU 05 & BL 12.
Hemoptysis：LU 06 & LU 10.
Swelling and sore throat：LU 06 & LU 11.
Fever no sweat：LU 06 & BL 31.
coughing up of blood hemoptysis：LU 06 & BL 13 & PC 03.
Aphonia：LU 06 & GV 15.
Fever，chest pain，cough：LU 06 & GV 14 & BL 13.

穴位
在前臂掌面橈側，手肘橫紋與手腕橫紋之中點。尺澤與太淵的連線上，腕橫紋上7寸處。
特點
郄穴。孔，孔隙；最，極的意思。經氣深聚，故名。
同身寸
針灸取穴比量法。出自《千金要方》。
是指以患者本人體表的某些部位折定分寸，
作为量取穴位的長度單位。
穴區神經血管
淺層有頭靜脈經過和前臂外側皮神經、橈神經 淺支分布；深層有橈神經淺支和橈動脈經過， 並有正中神經肌支、橈動脈深支和橈側返動脈 分布。
適應症
咳嗽，氣喘，咯血，咽喉腫痛，失音，熱病無汗，頭痛，肘臂攣痛，痔瘡。
