LOCATION
On the palmar side of the forearm, 2 cun above the transververse crease of the wrist, on the line connecting Quze(PC3) and Daling (PC7), and between the tendons of the palmaris longus and flexor carpi radialis.
Features
Luo/Connecting Point; One of the Eight Confluent Points associating with the Yinwei Vessel. Command point for heart, chest and epigastrium. Calming point.
Body Inches (cun)
Each person has his/her own personal body inches.
One cun is equal to the width of the Knuckle of the thumb.
Nerves, vascular
The medial and lateral cutaneous nerves of the forearm, the palmar dermal branch of the median nerve, the volar interosseous nerve of the forearm, the median artery and vein of the forearm, and the volar interosseous artery and vein of the forearm.
Indication
Coronary heart disease，myocarditis，anginapectoris，myocardial infarction，arrhythmia，hypertension，shock，headache，cerebral arteriosclerosis，stroke，rheumatic heart disease，heart Failure，cardiac arrest， pulseless disease：neurasthenia，hysteria， gastroenteritis，abdominal pain，morning sickness，intercostal nerve pain，median nerve injury，insomnia，motion sickness，seasick，airsick，drunk. Similar to PC 3 but more for Chronic Heart symptoms from Qi stagnation. Opens and relaxes the chest, chest tightness, asthma, angina, palpitations. Insomnia a/or other spirit disorders of an excess or deficient nature, mania, nervousness, stress, poor memory. Nausea, seasickness, motion sickness, vomiting, epigastric pain. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

在前臂掌側，當曲池與大陵的連線上，腕橫紋上2寸，掌長肌腱與橈側腕屈肌腱之間 。
特點
絡穴；八脈交會穴之一，通於陰維脈。
同身寸
針灸取穴比量法。出自《千金要方》。
是指以患者本人體表的某些部位折定分寸，
作为量取穴位的長度單位。
穴區神經血管
前臂內、外側皮神經，正中神經掌皮支，前臂掌側骨間神經，前臂正中動、靜脈，前臂掌側骨間動、靜脈。
適應症
冠心病、心肌炎、心絞痛、心肌梗死、心律失常（主要是激動起源失常）、高血壓、休克、頭痛、腦動脈硬化、中風、風濕性心臟病、心力衰竭、心跳驟停、無脈症：神經衰弱、癔病、郁證、胃腸炎、腹痛、妊娠惡阻、肋間神經痛、正中神經損傷、失眠、暈車、暈船、暈機、醉酒。
