Nerves, vascular
The lateral cutaneous branch of the third intercostal nerve, the lateral thoracic artery and vein, and the third intercostal artery and vein.
Indication
Distension of hypochondrium，back pain；cough，insufficient lactation，mastitis. Aids the descent of lung qi – cough. Regulate lung qi – shortness of breath, chest oppression.

Sternocostal swell and pain a.：SP 19 & CV 17.
Sternocostal swell and pain b.：SP 19 & CV 17 & PC 06.
穴位
在胸外側部，當第3肋間隙，距前正中線6寸。
