Nerves, vascular
The muscular branch of the anterior thoracic nerve, the lateral cutaneous branch of the second intercostal nerve, the lateral thoracic artery and vein, and the second intercostal artery and vein.
Indication
Cough，reversed qi，distension of Hypochondrium. Aids the descent of lung qi – Cough, shortness of breath, chest oppression. Noted for difficulty in ingesting foods.
Combinations
Sternocostal swell and pain：SP 20 & CV 17
Chocking cough， asthma：SP 20 & CV 17 & BL 13 & BL 43 & LU 05.

在胸外側部，當第2肋間隙，距前正中線6寸。
