3 Steps to Relax Our Bodies

Acupressure is a safe and non-invasive technique for recovering the body energy. It is quite easy to learn and operate. If you are interested, welcome to practice the following steps with us.

Breath smoothly-

Relax your entire body while you’re receving the pressure.  Allow your breath deeply and smoothly.

Your body is the best teacher that could guide you on the right spot and also refrectiing the next acupoint along the particular meridian. 

Note: Soak your whole body in hot water for 15 minutes before acupressure is a good way to relax the whole body.

Preparations

For beginners, the best tools are your both hands.

There are some tools formed by your fingers, knuckles, palms, elbows, even the feet are all suitable for acupressure.

If you have already known where the acupoints located and used to do it, then you may like to have several massage tools that suit each part of your body.

Your hands will getting stronger when you set a ten- minutes work plus five-minutes break as a section and then repeat three sections daily for three weeks after all.
Now, let’s open the box and see what tools are suit for you.
