Indication
Neurasthenia，schizophCVia，headache，vertigo，dizziness，fainting，trigeminal neuralgia，intercostal nerve pain，cubital tunnel syndrome；tuberculosis，pleurisy；stiff neck (caused by cold or an awkward sleeping posture)，forearm numbness，elbow soft tissue disorders，flaccidity of the lower limbs；anginapectoris，tuberculosis，lymphadenitis，boils。Pain, numbness, tremors, etc. of the lower arms a/or hands – Parkinson’s, stroke. Good local point to move the Qi and Blood. Spirit disorders from phlegm a/or heat etiologies – epilepsy, depression, anxiety, nervousness, poor memory, fuzzy.
Combinations
Toothache，gingival pain and swelling：HT 03 & LI 04 & ST 44.
Tuberculosis，lymph nodes (Lymphoid tuberculosis)：HT 03 & TE 10.
Distressed，tremor：HT 03 & ST 33.
Tremor，elbow and arm pain：HT 03 & SI 03.
Numbness in upper limb：HT 03 & LI 10.
Ulnar nerve pain，cubital tunnel syndrome：HT 03 & HT 07 &HT 06 & HT 05 & HT 02.

在肘橫紋內側端與肱骨內上髁連線的中點處，屈肘取穴。
特點
合（水）穴。
同身寸
針灸取穴比量法。出自《千金要方》。
是指以患者本人體表的某些部位折定分寸，
作为量取穴位的長度單位。
穴區神經血管
前臂內側皮神經，正中神經，貴要靜脈，尺側下付動、靜脈，尺返動、靜脈。
適應症
神經衰弱，精神分裂症，頭痛，眩暈，三叉神經痛，肋間神經痛，尺神經炎；肺結核，胸膜炎；落枕，前臂麻木及肘關節周圍軟組織疾患，下肢痿痺；心絞痛，淋巴結炎，疔瘡。
