LOCATION
On the medial aspect of upper arm, 3 cun above the transverse cubital crease on the line connecting Jiquan (HT1) and Shaohai (HT3), in the groove medial to the biceps brachii muscle.

Nerves, vascular
The medial cutaneous nerve of the forearm, the medial cutaneous nerve of the arm, the ulnar nerve and the important vein, the superior ulnar collateral artery.
Indication
Anginapectoris；nervous headache，intercostal nerve pain；shoulder and forearm muscle spasm；ulnar nerve palsy，frozen shoulder. Local point – in many classics needling this point is contraindicated. Moxabustion, however, is applicable. Pain in the shoulder or arm. Pain in the lateral chest and/or hypochondriac regions.
Combinations
Shoulder and arm pain，periarthritis：HT 02 & LI 11.
Headache，ocular disease：HT 02 & GB 37 & LI 04.
Tuberculosis，lymph nodes：HT 02 & TE 10 & ST 40.
Cold tearing：HT 02 & LI 04.
穴位
在臂內側，當極泉與少海的連線上，肘橫紋上3寸，肱二頭肌的內側溝中。

心絞痛；神經性頭痛，肋間神經痛；肩胛及前臂肌肉痙攣；尺神經麻痹、漏肩風。
