At the cubital crease on the radial side of the biceps brachii tendon.

He-sea point of lung meridian.
Body Inches (cun)
Each person has his/her own personal body inches.
One cun is equal to the width of the Knuckle of the thumb.
Nerves, vascular
Posterior branchial cutaneous nerve，radial nerve，
Cephalic vein，arteries and vein branches on radial side.
Indication
This is the main point for respiratory disorders like cough , asthma, shortness of breathe, often used for Hot or Excess syndrome (acute infection )
Sore throat, tidal fever, acute vomiting and diarrhoea, infantile convulsion.
Spasm and pain in the upper arm.
Combinations
Cough，asthma：LU 05 & LU 07 & BL 13.
Twin elbow and arm pain，elbow pain，pertussis ：
LU 05 & LI 04.
Acute vomiting and diarrhea，heat stroke：LU 05 & BL 40.
Vomit：LU 05 & PC 07.
Epilepsy disease：LU 05 & KI 02.
Wind weakness, arm can‘t raise：LU 05 & SI 09.
Nosebleed：LU 05 & LR 03.
穴位
肘橫紋中，肱二頭肌腱橈側凹陷處。
特點
合（水）穴。 《靈樞‧本輸》：「肘中之動脈也」
同身寸
針灸取穴比量法。出自《千金要方》。
是指以患者本人體表的某些部位折定分寸，
作为量取穴位的長度單位。
穴區神經血管
淺層有前臂外側皮神經，直下為橈神經本幹。
頭靜脈，橈側返動、靜脈分支。
適應症
咳嗽，氣喘，咳血，鼻出血，潮熱，咽喉腫痛， 喑啞，胸脅脹滿，心煩，乳癰，肘臂攣痛，肩 內側痛，上肢不遂，手不能伸，胃痛，腹痛， 急性吐瀉，中暑，口舌乾渴，發熱，丹毒，小 兒驚風，抽搐，絞腸痧，小便頻急，淋瀝澀痛， 心痛，無脈症。肺炎、支氣管炎、支氣管哮喘， 肺結核，急性胃腸炎，肘關節及周圍軟組織疾患。
穴位配伍療法
咳嗽，氣喘：1.尺澤 2.列缺 3.肺俞
肘臂攣痛，肘關節痛，百日咳∶ ：1.尺澤 2.合谷
急性吐瀉、中暑：1.尺澤 2.委中
嘔吐：1.尺澤 2.大陵
癲疾：1.尺澤 2.然谷
風痹手臂不舉：1.尺澤 2.肩貞
鼻出血：1.尺澤 2.太衝
