On the lateral side of the forearm, 5 cun below the olecranon, between the radius and ulna 7 cun proximal to the dorsal wrist joint space.

Combinations
Headache：EX-HN5 & TE 09.
Shortness of breath：TE 09 & TE 02 & CV 17.
Sudden deafness：TE 09 & SI 19 & TE 16.
Forearm pain：TE 09 & TE 05 & LI 11.

在前臂背側，肘尖下方5寸，當陽池與肘尖的連線上，尺骨與橈骨之間。
