4 cun proximal to the dorsal crease of the wrist between the radius and ulna.

Nerves, vascular
The dorsal cutaneous nerve of the forearm, the medial cutaneous nerve of the forearm, the dorsal artery and vein between the bones of the forearm.
Indication
Sudden deafness, acute or chronic loss of voice, apahsia ，cariestoothache；sprain lumbago，arm pain and can‘t raise； aversion to Cold，feveranhidrosis，internal injury，cerebrovascular sequelae，eye disease.
Combinations
Sudden loss of voice：TE 08 & TE 06 & KI 20.
Headache：TE 08 & GB 20. Acute or chronic loss of voice, apahsia ：HT 05 & CV 23.

穴位
在前臂背側，當腕背橫紋上4寸，尺骨與橈骨之間。
特點
手三陽經在此相聯絡。

穴區神經血管
前臂背側皮神經，前臂內側皮神經，前臂骨間背側動、靜脈。
適應症
暴喑卒聾，齲齒牙痛；挫閃腰痛，手臂痛不能上舉；惡寒發熱無汗，內傷，腦血管後遺症，眼病，失語等。 為肺切除手術針麻常用穴之一。
