Nerves, vascular
Branches of saphenous nerve and peroneal nerve, dorsal foot vein network, medial plantar artery and medial tarsal artery.
Indication
Gastrospasm，gestritis，indigestion，abdominal distension，constipation，enteritis，hemorrhoids；lumbago，lower limb paralysis or pain. SP Qi and Yang Deficiency, especially those with excess pathologies – abdominal a/or epigastric pain, digestive issues, heart pain. Muscle atrophy in the lower legs, heaviness in the body.
Combinations
Abdominal distension：SP 03 & KI 07 & ST 36.
Abdominal distension，indigestion，tympanites ， bloating：SP 03 & SP 04.
Bowel，diarrhea：SP 03 & SP 04 & BL 25 & BL 22.
Enteritis，appendicitis pain：SP 03 & ST 43 & BL 25.
穴位
在足內側緣，當第1蹠趾關節後下方赤白肉際凹陷處。

輸（土）、原穴。
同身寸
針灸取穴比量法。出自《千金要方》。
是指以患者本人體表的某些部位折定分寸，
作为量取穴位的長度單位。
穴區神經血管
隱神經及腓神經分支，足背靜脈網，足底內側動脈及跗內側動脈的分支。
適應症
胃痙攣，胃炎，消化不良，腹脹，便秘，腸炎，痔瘡；腰痛，下肢麻痺或疼痛。

腹脹食不化、鼓脹腹中氣大滿：1.太白 2.公孫
腸鳴，腹瀉：1.太白 2.公孫 3.大腸俞 4.三焦俞
