[ Nerves, vascular ] The medial plantar nerve is the proper plantar nerve, and the branches of the medial plantar artery and vein.
Indication
Gestritis，gastrospasm，abdominal distensionabdominal pain，acute chronic enteritis；sequelae of cerebral vascular disease，childCV seizures，toe pain。Generally used to clear damp-heat – gout, painful obstructions. Local point for issues with the big toe. With SP 3 tonify SP organ – abdominal distention, diarrhea and/or heart pain.
Combinations
Diarrhea (spleen deficiency)：SP 02 & SP 05 & SP 09.
Diarrhea lingers：SP 02 & BL 60 & LR 14 & SP 09 & CV 12.
Fever no sweat：SP 02 & LU 08.
Abdominal distensionfullness sensation in the chest，Stomach pain and heartburn：SP 02 & SP 03.

在足內側緣，當第1蹠趾關節前下方赤白肉際凹陷處。

滎（火）穴。

足底內側神經的趾底固有神經，及足底內側動、靜脈的分支。
適應症
胃炎，胃痙攣，腹脹腹痛，急慢性腸炎；腦血管病後遺症，小兒抽搐，足趾痛。
