Nerves, vascular
The eleventh intercostal nerve, the muscular branch of the artery and vein under the abdominal wall.
Indication
Irregular menstruation，，metrorrhagia，leukorrhagia，infertility，postpartum lochia，abdominal pain，spermatorrhea，enuresis，hernia，constipation，swelling，edema. KI 11, KI 12, KI 13, KI 14 & KI 15 all intersect the Chong Mai and are useful as local points for abdominal a/or gynecological issues.
Combinations
Hernia，testicular swelling：KI 14 & CV 06 & SP 06 & LR 01 & ST 29.
Irregular menstruation，leukorrhagia，Spermatorrhea：
KI 14 & CV 06 & SP 06 & BL 23 & SP 10.
Ascites：KI 14 & KI 02.
Hernia：KI 14 & CV 03.
穴位
在下腹部，當臍中下２寸，前正中線旁開0.5寸。
特點
交會穴，通衝脈。
同身寸
針灸取穴比量法。出自《千金要方》。
是指以患者本人體表的某些部位折定分寸，
作为量取穴位的長度單位。
穴區神經血管
第十一肋間神經，腹壁下動、靜脈肌支。
適應症
月經不調，崩漏，帶下，不孕，產後惡露不淨，小腹痛，遺精，遺尿，疝氣，便秘，水腫。
穴位配伍療法
疝氣、睾丸腫痛：1.四滿 2.氣海 3.三陰交 4.大敦穴 5.歸來
月經不調、帶下、遺精：1.四滿 2.氣海 3.三陰交 4.腎俞 5.血海
大腹石水：1.四滿 2.然谷。
子藏有惡血內逆滿痛：1.四滿 2.石門
疝瘕：1.四滿 2. 中極
