LOCATION
In the centre of the posterior aspect of lower leg, between weizhong (BL 40) and Kunlun (BL 60), in the triangle depression formed below bellies of the gastrocnemius muscle when the foot is stretched.

Body Inches (cun)

Nerves, vascular
The small saphenous vein, posterior tibial artery and vein are distributed; the medial sural cutaneous nerve, and the deep layer is the tibial nerve.
Indication
Sciatica，low back pain，leg pain，gastrocnemius muscle pain or spasm；Knee leg fatigue. Main point for hemorrhoids from any etiology. Main point for pain, swelling a/or cramping of the calf. Heel a/or foot pain from trauma but also from paralysis a/or neurological disorders；hemorrhoids，prolapse of the anus， constipation.

Flaccidity of the lower limbs：GB 30 & GB 34.
Hemorrhoids a ：BL 57 & GV 01 & GV 20 & EX-UE2.
Hemorrhoids b ：BL 57 & BL 25.
Tremble ， sore legs：BL 57 & BL 63.
Constipation：BL 57 & KI 03.
Hematochezia：BL 57 & KI 07 & LR 03 & SP 03.

在小腿腓腸肌兩肌腹交界下端。

小隱靜脈、脛後動、靜脈分布；腓腸內側皮神經，深層為脛神經等。
適應症
椎骨筋肉:坐骨神經痛、腰背痛、腰腿痛、腓腸肌疼痛或痙攣。膝蓋 腳部勞累 。
消化: 痔瘡、脫肛，便秘。
