LOCATION
On the posterior aspect of lower leg, 5 cun below Weizhong (BL 40), on the line connecting weizhong (BL 40) and Chengshan (BL 57), in the centre of the belly of gastrocnemius muscle.

Body Inches (cun)
Each person has his/her own personal body inches.
One cun is equal to the width of the Knuckle of the thumb.
Nerves, vascular
Medial sural cutaneous nerve, tibial nerve, small saphenous vein, posterior tibial artery and vein.
Indication
Acute lumbar sprain，gastrocnemius muscle spasm or paralysis； prolapse of the anus，hemorrhoids，constipation。
Combinations
Flaccidity of the lower limbs：BL 56 & GB 34 & ST 36.
Constipation，difficulty in urination：BL 56 & SP 02 & LR 01.

在小腿後面，當委中與承山的連線上，腓腸肌肌腹中央，委中下5寸。
