The posterior branches of the second and third thoracic nerves include the medial cutaneous branch, the lateral branch and the dorsal scapular nerve, the posterior branch of the intercostal artery, and the descending branch of the transverse carotid artery.
Indication
Tuberculosis，bronchitis，asthma；asynodia，spermatorrhea；chronic gestritis，gastrorrhagia，neurasthenia，pleurisy，mastitis，anemia。 This point is commonly used in chronic wasting disease. Main point for all disorders of the Lung and Upper Warmer: asthma, dyspnea, cough, tuberculosis, etc. Tonification point for cases of weakness and deficiency especially from chronic illness.

肺結核，支氣管炎，哮喘；陽痿，遺精；慢性胃炎，胃出血，神經衰弱，胸膜炎，乳腺炎，貧血。 本穴為各種慢性虛損性疾病的常用穴。
