Indication
Lumbago，sacroiliac arthritis，sacral spine muscle spasm；enteritis，diarrhea，constipation，childCV indigestion；appendicitis，intestinal bleeding； sciatica；enuresis，nephritis，gonorrhea. Main point for low back pain especially when related to constipation a/or menstruation. Combine with local points such as GV 3, UB 26, Shiqizhui (between L5 and S1), UB 31, UB 32, GB 30 & distal points such as GB 34, GB 39, GB 41, UB 40, UB 57, UB 58, UB 60 & UB 62. Main point for all intestine related issues: constipation, diarrhea, dysentery, colitis, IBS, etc.

Lumbar and sacroiliac pain：BL 25 & GV 09 & GV 03.
Gastrointestinal indigestion，boweldiarrhea：BL 25 & ST 25. (Combining Shu/transport and Mu/alarm points)
Constipation：BL 25 & ST 37 & BL 57.
Difficulty in urination，constipation：BL 25 & BL 31 & BL 32 & BL 33 & BL 34.
Fecal and urine incontinence：BL 25 & BL 32. Hematochezia：BL 25 & GV 01 & BL 57.
Children acute enteritis：BL 25 & ST 25 & ST 36.

在腰部，當第4腰椎棘突下，旁開1.5寸。

第三腰神經的後支和第四腰動，靜脈後支。
適應症
腰痛，骶髂關節炎，骶棘肌痙攣；腸炎，痢疾，便秘，小兒消化不良；闌尾 炎，腸出血； 4. 精神神經系統疾病：坐骨神經痛；遺尿，腎炎，淋病。
