Indication
lumbar nerve root inflammation，sciatica，dysmenorrhea，paralysis of the lower limbs，peripheral nerve inflammation；irregular menstruation，dysfunctional uterine bleeding，dysmenorrhea；spermatorrhea，asynodia；psoas strain，hemorrhoids… Back pain.
Combinations
Lumbago，paralysis of the lower limbs: BL 24 & BL 37 & BL 60.
Dysmenorrhea，hemorrhoids: BL 24 & BL 57 & SP 06.
Dysfunctional uterine bleeding：BL 24 & EX-B8 & SP 06.

在腰部，當第3腰椎棘突下，旁開1.5寸。
