Meeting point of TE and Yangwei Vessel.

Each person has his/her own personal body inches.
One cun is equal to the width of the Knuckle of the thumb.
Nerves, vascular
The accessory nerve, the branch of the suprascapular nerve and the descending branch of the transverse carotid artery, the deep layer is the muscular branch of the suprascapular artery.
Indication
Stiff neck and neck pain，clavicle pain，shoulder and arm pain，lumpy feeling of the chest，fever no sweat，fever aversion to cold；cervical spondylosis，stiff neck (caused by cold or an awkward sleeping posture)，tendinitis of supraspinatus muscle，shoulder and back pain.
Good for rotator cuff problems.
Use moxa for frozen shoulder.
Combinations
Shoulder and arm pain：TE 15 & TE 14 & LI 11.
Stiff neck and neck pain：TE 15 & GB 20 & EX-HN15.
Lumpy feeling of the chest：TE 15 & PC 06 & CV 17.
穴位
在肩胛部，肩井與曲垣的中間，當肩胛骨上角處。
特點
交會穴，通足少陽、陽維脈。
同身寸
針灸取穴比量法。出自《千金要方》。
是指以患者本人體表的某些部位折定分寸，
作为量取穴位的長度單位。
穴區神經血管
副神經，肩胛上神經分支和頸橫動脈降支，深層為肩胛上動脈肌支。
適應症
頸項強痛，缺盆中痛，肩臂痛，胸中煩滿，熱病無汗，發熱惡寒等；頸椎病，落枕，岡上肌腱炎，肩背部疼痛。
