Nerves, vascular
The lateral cutaneous branches of the posterior branches of the first and second thoracic nerves, the dorsal scapular nerve, the descending branch of the transverse carotid artery, and the lateral branch of the posterior intercostal artery and vein.
Indication
Cervical spondylosis，neck muscle spasm；intercostal nerve pain，nerve palsy；pneumonia，cold.
Combinations
Stiff neck and neck pain：BL 41 & GB 20 & SI 03
Pain in the shoulder and back：BL 41 & GV 14 & LI 15.
Aching pain in the shoulder and back：GV 14 & BL 41 & LI 15 & TE 10.

在背部，當第2胸椎棘突下，旁開3寸。

穴區神經血管
第一、二胸神經後支的外側皮支、肩胛背神經，頸橫動脈降支及肋間動、靜脈後支的外側支。
適應症
頸椎病，頸部肌肉痙攣；肋間神經痛，副神經麻痺；肺炎，感冒。
