The dorsal branch of the ulnar nerve, the dorsal hand vein network and the fourth dorsal metacarpal artery.
Indication
Nerve deafness，deaf-mute，headachedizziness，laryngitis，cornea white spot，acute pharyngitis；shoulder and back strain fasciitis and other diseases，intercostal nerve pain，elbow, wrist arthritis；malaria. Ear Problems of any etiology such as excess tinnitus, especially those arising from a LV issue such as LV Qi Stagnation or LV Yin Deficiency. Distal point for temporal headaches, shoulder a/or upper back pain, pain a/or inflammation in the throat. Eye diseases with GB 37.

Tinnitus，deafness a：TE 21 & SI 03.
Tinnitus，deafness b：SI 03 & SI 19 & TE 17.
Pharyngeal swelling：SI 03 & KI 03.
Laryngalgia：TE 06 & SI 03 & ST 44.
Intercostal nerve pain：SI 03 & TE 05 & LR 14.
Motor impairment of fingers：SI 03 & EX-UE9 & TE 05.

在手背部，當環指本節（掌指關節）的後方，第4、5掌骨間凹陷處。
特點
輸（木）穴。
同身寸
針灸取穴比量法。出自《千金要方》。
是指以患者本人體表的某些部位折定分寸，
作为量取穴位的長度單位。
穴區神經血管
尺神經的手背支，以及手背靜脈網和第四掌背動脈。
適應症
神經性耳聾、聾啞症，頭痛頭暈、喉頭炎、角膜白斑、喉痺；肩背部筋膜炎等勞損性疾病、肋間神經痛、肘腕關節炎；瘧疾等。
