Each person has his/her own personal body inches.
One cun is equal to the width of the Knuckle of the thumb.
Nerves, vascular
The branches of supraclavicular nerves, the 3rd, 4th, and 5th Intercostal nerves, arteries, veins, sympathetic nerve fibers, breast, sweat glands, sebaceous glands, smooth muscles.
Indication
Never needled or treated, simply a body landmark for locating points on the chest.

Mastitis b：ST 17 & ST 16 &ST 18 & ST 39 & LI 08 & LR 03 & KI 07.
穴位
在胸部，當第4肋間隙，乳頭中央，距前正中線4寸。不針灸。

是指以患者本人體表的某些部位折定分寸，
作为量取穴位的長度單位。
穴區神經血管
鎖骨上神經的分支，第3、4、5肋間神經，動、靜脈，交感神經纖維 ，乳腺，汗腺，皮脂腺，平滑肌（以環形纖維為主）等。
適應症
現代常因此穴作為胸部取穴標誌，不作針灸治療。
