In the depression distal and inferior to the medial malleolus, midpoint between the tuberosity of the navicular bone and the tip of the medial malleolus.

Nerves, vascular
The branches of the medial cutaneous nerve and superficial peroneal nerve of the leg, the medial tarsal artery and the great saphenous vein.
Indication
Good for edema. Good for soft tissue around the ankle.
Combinations
Stomach pain，abdominal distension：SP 05 & SP 09 & LR 08 & KI 10.
Constipation (spleen deficiency)：SP 05 & SP 06.
Diarrhea，abdominal distension，chronic enteritis：SP 05 & ST 25 & SP 09.
Frequent vomiting：SP 05 & KI 21 & KI 20.
Frequent sighing anxiety：SP 05 & GB 07.
Foot pain：SP 05 & ST 41 & GB 40.
Lower limb edema：SP 05 & SP 06 & SP 09 & ST 36.

在足內踝前下方凹陷中，當舟骨結節與內踝尖連線的中點處。

是指以患者本人體表的某些部位折定分寸，
作为量取穴位的長度單位。
穴區神經血管
小腿內側皮神經及腓淺神經分支，跗內側動脈及大隱靜脈。
適應症
胃炎，腸炎，消化不良，便秘，痔瘡，黃疸；腓腸肌痙攣，踝關節及周圍軟組織疾病，腳氣；小兒驚厥，百日咳，水腫。
