The posterior branches of the first and second thoracic nerves, the medial cutaneous branches, accessory nerves, the dorsal scapular nerve, and cervical transverse arteries and veins.
Indication
Bronchitis，asthma，bronchiectasis，coughing up of blood hemoptysis；vision loss，pain in the shoulder and back. Local point for shoulder, neck and/or upper back pain.

Pain in the shoulder and back ，frozen Shoulder：SI 15 & TE 14 & TE 05.
Aching pain in the shoulder and back b：SI 15 & GV 14 & GB 21 & TE 06.
Scapular neuralgiaa：SI 15 & BL 11 & SI 14.
Scapular neuralgiab：SI 15 & SI 13 & TE 13 & HT 03.
Bronchitis：SI 15 & BL 13 & PC 06 & ST 36.

在背部，在第7頸椎棘突下，旁開2寸。
