在肘內側，當尺骨鷹嘴與肱骨內上髁之間凹陷處，屈肘取穴。

前臂內側皮神經分支，尺神經，尺側上、下副動、靜脈，尺側返動、靜脈。
適應症
頭痛，癲癇，精神分裂症，舞蹈病；齒齦炎，頸淋巴結結核，網球肘等。
