LOCATION
On the dorsal ulnar aspect of the forearm, in the depression on the radial side of the proximal end of the capitulum of the ulna.

Nerves, vascular
The dorsal cutaneous nerve of the forearm, the anastomotic branch of the dorsal branch of the ulnar nerve, the end branch of the dorsal artery and vein between the bones of the forearm, and the wrist vein.
Indication
Blurred vision，myopia， sequelae of cerebral vascular disease，stiff neck (caused by cold or an awkward sleeping posture)， shoulder and arm neuralgia，acute lumbar sprain。Acute and Severe Pain, in the neck, shoulder a/or arms. Useful point for treating elderly patients, deafness, tinnitus, failing vision, upper body/limb stiffness. Overwork a/or overstrain, fatigue in the extremities.
Combinations
Blurred vision：SI 06 & BL 10.
Hiccup：SI 06 & PC 06.
Shoulder pain：SI 06 &BL 10.
Waist and knee pain：SI 06 & GB 30 & GB 34 & BL 60 & BL 62.
穴位
位於前臂伸側，腕後 1寸，以掌向胸時，當尺骨莖突橈側緣上方之骨 縫中。
特點
郄穴。
同身寸
針灸取穴比量法。出自《千金要方》。
是指以患者本人體表的某些部位折定分寸，
作为量取穴位的長度單位。
穴區神經血管
前臂背側皮神經，尺神經手背支的吻合支，前 臂骨間背側動、靜脈的末支及腕靜脈網。
適應症
目視不明，近視眼， 腦血管病後遺症，落枕， 肩臂部神經痛，急性腰扭傷。
