LOCATION
On the ulnar side of hand, when a loose fist is made, distal to the 5th metacarpophalangeal joint, at the end of the transverse crease of the metacarpophalangeal joint, at the junction of red and white skin.

Nerves, vascular
The dorsal branch of the ulnar nerve, the dorsal of the 5th finger’s artery and vein.
Indication
Epilepsy，forearm neuralgia，numbness of the fingers；tonsillitis，mumps；postpartum no lactation，mastitis. Local point for pain, swelling, numbness of the fingers. As the water point it will remove heat – febrile disease, hot palms, darker urine. Clear heat from the opposite end of the channel, tinnitus, headache, sore throat, neck, ear and/or eye pain and/or swelling.
Combinations
Opacity of the cornea：SI 02 & BL 64.
Eyes paincloudiness of cornea：SI 02 & BL 01 & EX-HN5.
Tinnitus：SI 02 & SI 03 & LI 06.
Nasal obstruction不利：SI 02 & GV 28.
Laryngitis：SI 02 & KI 06 & LR 04.
Arm pain，spasm of the elbow：SI 02 & SI 03 & LI 05.
Mad，epilepsy：SI 02 & GB 20 & GV 14.
穴位
在小指尺側，第五掌指關節前方，掌指橫紋端凹陷處，赤白肉際，握拳取穴。
特點
滎（水）穴。
同身寸
針灸取穴比量法。出自《千金要方》。
是指以患者本人體表的某些部位折定分寸，
作为量取穴位的長度單位。

尺神經手背支，指背動、靜脈。
適應症
癲癇，前臂神經痛，手指麻木；扁桃體炎，腮腺炎；產後無乳，乳腺炎等。
