At the wrist crease on the radial side of the radial artery.

The qi of this meridian in the local part of the point is abundant as water in deep pool.
Body Inches (cun)
Each person has his/her own personal body inches.
One cun is equal to the width of the Knuckle of the thumb.
Nerves, vascular
Pposterior branchial cutaneous nerve ， radial nerve branches，adial artery and vein.
Indication
Cough，asthma，hemoptysis，sore throat，thoracic obstruction，carpometacarpal joint pain；
tonsillitis，pneumonia；tachycardia，pulseless disease，vasculitis；
intercostal nerve pain，radiocarpal arthritis，chest pain。
Tonify LU Qi and Yin – cough, asthma, wheezing, SOB, chronic runny nose w/watery discharge.
Palpitations.
Wrist pain, arm pain along meridian.
Combinations
Cough，hemoptysis，chest pain：LU 09 & LU 05 & LU 10 & BL 13.
Pulseless disease a ：LU 09 & ST 09.
Pulseless disease b ：LU 09 & LI 11 & PC 06 & LI 04 & ST 36.
Hematemesis：LU 09 & HT 07.
Neck swollen (near clavicle)：LU 09 & LI 01 & GB 41.
穴位
在腕掌側橫紋橈側，橈動脈搏動處。
特點
俞（土）、原穴。八會穴之脈會。
同身寸
針灸取穴比量法。出自《千金要方》。
是指以患者本人體表的某些部位折定分寸，
作为量取穴位的長度單位。
穴區神經血管
前臂外側皮神經和橈神經淺支，及橈動、靜脈。
適應症
咳嗽，氣喘，咯血，咽痛，胸痹，腕掌關節痛；
扁桃體炎，肺炎；心動過速，無脈症，脈管炎；
肋間神經痛，橈腕關節及周圍軟組織疾患，膈肌痙攣。
