LOCATION
On the ankle, anterior to the prominence of the medial malleolus, in the significant depression just medial to the tendon of tibialis anterior when the ankle is extended (dorsiflexed).

Nerves, vascular
Branches of the medial dorsal cutaneous nerve and saphenous nerve, dorsal foot vein network, medial anterior malleolus artery.
Indication
Spermatorrheaanuresis，penile pain，urinary tract infection，herniaabdominal pain；abdominal swelling anorexia，hepatitiTEaundice；cold feet，ankle sprain. Generally, moves stagnation and clears heat – Hepatitis, Jaundice Lin Disorders. Medial Knee/ankle pain.

Acute viral hepatitis：Ex-HN14 & BL 18 & LR 04.
Tympanites：KI 14 & LR 04.
Pain around the umbilicus：CV 09 & CV 08 & LR 04.
Difficulty in urination：LR 04 & CV 06 & CV 03.
Spermatorrhea：LR 04 & KI 12 & 3.BL 52.
Inner malleolus pain and swelling：LR 04 & ST 41 & BL 60.
Walk difficulty：ST 36 & LR 04.
穴位
在足背側，當足內踝前，商丘與解溪連線之間，脛骨前肌腱的內側凹陷處。
特點
經（金）穴。
同身寸
針灸取穴比量法。出自《千金要方》。
是指以患者本人體表的某些部位折定分寸，
作为量取穴位的長度單位。
穴區神經血管
足背內側皮神經的分支及隱神經，足背靜脈網，內踝前動脈。
適應症
遺精尿閉，陰莖痛，尿路感染，疝氣腹痛；腹部膨脹納差，肝炎黃疸；腰足冷痛，踝關節扭傷。
