Indication
Hyperthyroidism，hyperthyroidism，acute hyoid muscle paralysis，hoarse，faucitis；chest pain，saLRation；respite，hypotension.
Sudden loss of voice with qi obstruction in the throat.
High blood pressure.
Combinations
Swelling and sore throat，hoarse：LI 18 & GV 14 & LI 04.
Rage and choke：LI 18 & CV 22 & SP 18.
Expiratory stridor：LI 18 & CV 22 & KI 03.

於頸外側部，結喉旁，當胸鎖乳突肌前、後緣之間。
特點
同身寸
針灸取穴比量法。出自《千金要方》。
是指以患者本人體表的某些部位折定分寸，
作为量取穴位的長度單位。
穴區神經血管
頸升動脈，耳大神經，頸皮神經，枕小神經及副神經。
適應症
甲狀腺腫，甲狀腺機能亢進，急性舌骨肌麻痺，嘶啞，咽喉炎；膈肌痙攣，唾液分泌異常；喘息，低血壓等症；為甲狀腺手術常用麻醉穴之一。
