LOCATION
On the medial aspect of the lower leg, 5 cun superior to Taixi, KI 3, on the line drawn between Taixi, KI 3 and Yinggu,KI 10, about 1 cun posterior to the medial border of the tibia.

Nerves, vascular
The medial cutaneous nerve of the sural, medial cutaneous nerve of the leg, the trunk of the peroneal nerve, and the posterior peroneal artery and vein.
Indication
Abdominal pain，vomit，mania，hernia，foot weakness，gastrocnemius muscle spasm，nephritis， testitis，pelvic inflammatory disease… Strong spirit disorders – anger, cursing, mania. Deficient yang, cold, in the abdomen – shan disorder, hernia, pain a/or retraction of the scrotum. Useful in a detox prescription to assist the cleansing, especially with respect to emotional outbreaks.
Helps with heavy metal toxicity.

在小腿內側， 當太溪與陰谷的連線上，太溪上5寸，腓腸肌肌腹的內下方。

陰維脈之郄穴。

作为量取穴位的長度單位。
穴區神經血管
腓腸內側皮神經，小腿內側皮神經，腓神經本幹及腓後動、靜脈。
適應症
腹痛，嘔吐，癲狂，疝氣，腳軟無力，足踹內 痛，腓腸肌痙攣，腎炎，睾丸炎，盆腔炎等。
