Nerves, vascular
The end branch of the medial cutaneous nerve of the leg and the medial plantar nerve, the medial plantar artery and the medial tarsal artery branch.
Indication
Good for plantar fasciitis.
Cystitis，urethritis， testitis，lack of semen，enuresis；faucitis，tonsillitis；irregular menstruation，infertility；myocarditis，pruritus vulvae，diabetes，psychiatry。Generally useful for clearing excesses & acute presentations.
chronic sore throats, irritability, night sweats, thirst. Lower abdomen/sex organ/genital issues – Irregular menstruation, uterine prolapse, seminal emissions, impotence, genital itching and/or pain, difficult urination. Wasting and Thirsting Disorder – thirst, dry mouth.
Combinations
Flaccidity of the lower limbs，tarsal foot pain：KI 02 & ST 32 & ST 36.
Pruritus vulvae， leukorrhea ：KI 02 & SP 10 & SP 06.
Slow urination ， urethral pain，frequent urination：CV 02 & KI 02.
Caused by kidney insufficiency，thirst：BL 13 & BL 23 & BL 29 & 4.GV 02 & KI 02.
Toes pain：KI 02 & LR 03 ~ KI 01.
Gastrocnemius spasm，muscle cramp：BL 57 & KI 02.

在足內側緣，足舟骨粗隆下方，赤白肉際。

滎（火）穴。

作为量取穴位的長度單位。
穴區神經血管
小腿內側皮神經末支及足底內側神經，足底內側動脈及跗內側動脈分支。
適應症
膀胱炎，尿道炎，睾丸炎，精液 缺乏，遺尿；咽喉炎，扁桃體炎；月經不調，不孕症；心肌炎，陰癢，糖尿病，精神病。

下肢痿痺，足跗痛：1.然谷 2.伏兔 3.足三里
陰癢，白濁：1.然谷 2.血海 3.三陰交
小便滴瀝澀痛，淋瀝：1.曲骨 2.然谷
