The medial branch of the tenth posterior branch of the thoracic nerve and the posterior branch of the tenth intercostal artery.
Indication
Low back pain，stomach pain，vomit，bloating，loss of appetite，jaundice，chills and fever，cold，back neuralgia，optic neurasthenia. Local point for back pain. Epigastric pain, abdominal pain a/or bloating, poor appetite, amenorrhea. Reinforce UB 19 Gallbladder Shu.
Combinations
Heart and back pain，chest distress and short breath：GV 07 & CV 22.
Bloating，cold abdominal：GV 07 & CV 12 & ST 36.
Lumbar pain：GV 07 & GV 04 & EX-B7 & GB 34 & SI 03.

在背部，當後正中線上，當第10胸椎棘突下凹陷中。

適應症
