Between the 4th and 5th metatarsal bones, on the medial side of the tendon of m. extensor digitorum longus (branch to little toe).

穴位
在足背外側，當足4趾本節（第4跖趾關節）的後方，第4、5跖骨之間，小趾伸肌腱的內側緣。
