One cun is equal to the width of the Knuckle of the thumb.

Iliac hypogastric nerve, superficial iliac circumflex, deep arteries and veins.
Indication
Uterus meningitis，vaginitis；colic，orchitis；lumbago，constipation. GB 26, GB 27 & GB 28 are all useful points on the Dai Mai meridian which influences the GB, KI, Chong Mai, CV & GV Meridians. GB 27 is more useful for male issues – testicular pain a/or retraction, lower abdominal pain,shan disorder.

Abdominal pain：GB 27 & CV 06 & SP 06.
Hernia：GB 27 & LR 03 & LR 08.

在側腹部，當髂前上棘的前方，橫平臍下3寸處。
特點
交會穴，通帶脈。

髂腹下神經，旋髂淺、深動、靜脈。
適應症
子宮內膜炎，陰道炎；疝痛，睪丸炎；腰痛，便秘。
