This point lies midway between the anus and the scrotum in male, and the anus and the posterior labial commissure in female.

Nerves, vascular
The branch of the iliac hypogastric nerve, the inferior abdominal artery, and the branch of the obturator artery.
Indication
Pruritus vulvae，vaginal pain，sweaty pussy，vulva pain and swelling，difficulty in urination，constipation，amenorrhoea，drowning suffocation，postpartum coma，mania，vaginitis， testitis，scrotitis，hernia. Regulates lower yin orifices (genitalia, urethra, anus) – good for all genito-urinary issues, genital pain/itching, retention of urine, uterine prolapse. Amenorrhea, irregular menstruation. Hemorrhoids, anal prolapse. Main point for drowning, coma, manic depression.
Combinations
Pruritus vulvae：CV 01 & LR 05.
Cold sweat：CV 01 & LU 10.
Postpartum faint：CV 01 & SP 06.
Difficult labour，detention of the afterbirth，contractions weakness：CV 01 & CV 03 & GB 21.

在下腹部，當前正中線上，恥骨聯合上緣的中點處。
特點
交會穴，通足厥陰。

髂腹下神經的分支，腹壁下動脈，閉孔動脈的分支。
適應症
赤白帶下，小便淋瀝，遺尿，遺精，陽痿，陰囊濕疹，五臟虛弱，虛乏冷極，膀胱炎，產後子宮收縮不全，子宮內膜炎。
