On the lateral side of the foot, posterior to the head of the 5th metatarsal bone, at the junction of red and white skin.

One cun is equal to the width of the Knuckle of the thumb.
Nerves, vascular
The fifth common plantar nerve and dorsolateral cutaneous nerve, the fifth common arteries and veins.
Indication
Good for insect stings. Nervous headache，dizziness，epilepsy，psychiatry；deafness，conjunctivitis，lacrimal GVct stenosis；hypertension，gastrocnemius muscle spasm，boils，anal pain after surgery.
Combinations
Headache，dizziness：BL 65 & GV 20 & BL 18.
Stiff neckchill：BL 10 & BL 65.
Lumbago：BL 56 & BL 58 & BL 65.
Low back pain，sciatica：BL 65 & BL 37 & BL 60.
穴位
在足外側，足小趾本節（第5跖趾關節）的後方，赤白肉際處。
特點
輸（木）穴。
同身寸
針灸取穴比量法。出自《千金要方》。
是指以患者本人體表的某些部位折定分寸，
作为量取穴位的長度單位。
穴區神經血管
第五跖底總神經及足背外側皮神經，第五趾底總動、靜脈。
適應症
神經性頭痛，頭暈，癲癇，精神病；耳聾，眼結膜炎，淚管狹窄；高血壓，腓腸肌痙攣，疔瘡，肛門手術後疼痛。
