On the posterior aspect of lower leg, behind the external malleolus, 3 cun above Kunlun (BL 60).
Features
Xi/cleft point. Crossing point.
Body Inches (cun)
Each person has his/her own personal body inches.
One cun is equal to the width of the Knuckle of the thumb.
Nerves, vascular
Sural nerve, small saphenous vein; end branch of peroneal artery.
Indication
Dizziness，headache，facial paralysis，trigeminal neuralgia；，leg pain，acute lumbar sprain，lumbosacral pain，paralysis of the lower limbs，gastrocnemius muscle spasm，lateral malleolus swelling，dermatophytosis. Acute pain a/or spasm of the Bladder a/or Yang Qiao meridians；lateral ankle sprain.
Combinations
Flaccidity of the lower limbs：BL 59 & GB 30 & BL 40.
Hands and feet cramps，facial palsy，clonic Convulsion：TE 10 & BL 59.

在小腿後面，外腳踝之崑崙穴位直上3寸(4指橫寬)
特點
陽蹻之郄穴。
同身寸
針灸取穴比量法。出自《千金要方》。
是指以患者本人體表的某些部位折定分寸，
作为量取穴位的長度單位。
穴區神經血管
腓腸神經，小隱靜脈；腓動脈末支。
適應症
頭重，頭痛，面神經麻痺，三叉神經痛；，腳腿痛，急性腰扭傷，腰骶痛，下肢癱瘓，腓腸肌痙攣，外踝紅腫，腳氣等。
