Inferior gluteal nerve, posterior femoral cutaneous nerve, sciatic nerve and inferior gluteal artery and vein.
Indication
Acute lumbar sprain，piriformis injury syndrome，paralysis of the lower limbs；sciatica，sequelae of cerebral vascular disease；cystitis，genital diseases；hemorrhoids，prolapse of the anus. Sciatica especially if pain radiates along the posterior aspect of the leg. Five Lin (Painful Urination) disorders.
Combinations
Leg pain：BL 54 & BL 37 & GB 34.
Flaccidity of the lower limbs：BL 54 & GB 34 & BL 40.
Difficulty in urination：BL 54 & TE 06 & BL 57.
Vaginal pain， testitis：BL 54 & LR 08 & LR 11.

在臀部，平第4骶後孔，骶正中嵴旁開3寸。
