LOCATION
In the region of sacrum, medial and inferior to Zhongliao (BL 33), in the 4th posterior sacral foramen.
Features
One of the point of baliao.
Body Inches (cun)
Each person has his/her own personal body inches.
One cun is equal to the width of the Knuckle of the thumb.
Nerves, vascular
The posterior branch of the fourth sacral nerve and the branches of the arteries and veins under the buttocks.
Indication
Irregular menstruation，hysteroptosis，uterus meningitis，pelvic inflammatory disease，oophoritis；lumbago，lumbosacral painarthritis，knee arthritis；sciatica，paralysis of the lower limbs，pediatric paralysis sequelae；vulvar eczema，hemorrhoids， testitis，constipation，urinary retention.
Combinations
Lumbago，flaccidity of the lower limbs：BL 34 & GB 31 & BL 60.
Dysmenorrhea，metrorrhagia：BL 34 & KI 09 & KI 03.
Vaginal pain and greenish vaginal discharge：BL 34 & BL 33 & LR 03 & EX-LE11.

在骶部，當中髎下內方，適對第4骶後孔中。
特點
八髎穴之一。
同身寸
針灸取穴比量法。出自《千金要方》。
是指以患者本人體表的某些部位折定分寸，
作为量取穴位的長度單位。
穴區神經血管
第四骶神經後支和臀下動、靜脈分支。
適應症
月經不調，子宮脫垂，子宮內膜炎，盆腔炎，卵巢炎；腰痛，腰骶關節炎，膝關節炎；坐骨神經痛，下肢癱瘓，小兒麻痺後遺症；外陰濕疹，痔瘡，睾丸炎，便秘，尿瀦留等。 本穴可用於催產，引產。

痛經崩漏：1.下髎 2.築賓 3.太谿
蒼汁陰痛：1.下髎 2.中髎 3.太衝 4.獨陰
