Body Inches (cun)

Nerves, vascular
Dorsal shoulder nerve, the inner and outer cutaneous branches of the posterior branches of the sixth and seventh thoracic nerves, and the medial branch of the posterior branches of the sixth intercostal artery and vein.
Indication
Coronary heart disease，anginapectoris，tachycardia，heart and outside meningitis；gestritis，chest pain，mastitis，pruritus，psoriasis. Hot a/or toxic skin conditions (esp. on the back): acne, boils, etc.
Combinations
Stomach pain，hiccup，abdominal distension：BL 16 & LI 04 & ST 36.
Mastitis，mammary gland hyperplasia：BL 16 & GB 21 & CV 17.
穴位
在背部，當第6胸椎棘突下，旁開1.5寸。
特點
同身寸
針灸取穴比量法。出自《千金要方》。

作为量取穴位的長度單位。
穴區神經血管
肩背神經，第六、七胸神經後支的內、外側皮支，第六肋間動、靜脈後支的內側支。
適應症
冠心病，心絞痛，心動過速，心內外膜炎；胃炎，膈肌痙攣，乳腺炎，皮膚瘙癢，銀屑病等。
