On the ulnar side of the palm, in the depression between the 5th metacarpal and the Hamate bone, at the junction of red and white skin.

Nerves, vascular
Medial cutaneous nerve of forearm, palmar branch of ulnar nerve, dorsal branch of ulnar nerve and superficial vein, branch of ulnar artery and vein.
Indication
Stomatitis，cornea white spot，tinnitus；vomit，cholecystitis；pleurisy，headache，diabetes，wrist, elbow and finger arthritis. Local point for shoulder, arm, hand and wrist problems particularly along the course of the meridian. Useful point to treat problems with all fingers – contracture, pain, swelling, stiffness. Headache, neck pain. Jaundice.

Fever，infantile convulsion：SI 04 & HT 05
Jaundice，hypochondrium pain，cholecystitis：SI 04 & LR 03 & GB 34.
Thirst：SI 04 & ST 36 & SP 06.

前臂內側皮神經，尺神經掌支，尺神經手背支和淺靜脈，尺動，靜脈的分支。
適應症
口腔炎，角膜白斑，耳鳴；嘔吐，膽囊炎；胸膜炎，頭痛，糖尿病，腕、肘及指關節炎等。
