LOCATION
On the thumb, radial to the distal phalanx, 0.1 cun proximal-lateral to the radial corner of the thumb nail, at the intersection of the vertical line of the radial border and the horizontal line of the base of the thumbnail.

Body Inches (cun)
Each person has his/her own personal body inches.
One cun is equal to the width of the Knuckle of the thumb.
Nerves, vascular
Palm artery and vein；posterior branchial cutaneous nerve，radial nerve， peripheral nerve of median nerve.
Indication
Loss of consciousness , coma, high fever. In treating excess syndrome, hot syndrome such as high fever, prick the point to bleed with a three edge needle.
Other disorder: cough, sore throat, painful obstruction, nose bleeding, vomiting due to heat stroke.
Local problems: pain and contractions of the wrist, thumb pain, heat in palms, painful obstruction of the upper arm.

指掌固有動、靜脈網；前臂外側皮神經，橈神經淺支混合支，正中神經的末梢神經網。
適應症
熱病、咽喉腫痛、喉中閉塞、乳娥、音啞、雀目、熱病、心煩、中風、昏迷、癲狂、癇症、小兒驚風、麻疹不出、咳嗽、氣喘、嘔吐、腹脹、項腫、手臂不仁、腕攣、指痛。
流行性感冒，急性咽喉炎、扁桃體炎、腮腺炎、白喉、百日咳、慢性支氣管炎（急性發作期）、鼻衄、昏厥、休克、胎位不正、精神分裂症。
